I agree with the first answer that it depends what kind of paint, but disagree about which is which.
Acrylic can sometimes be peeled or chipped off of plastic, whereas watercolor tends to stain.Can warm water remove paint from a plastic model?
If it is the old enamel paint then maybe but if it is acrylic enamel then no or if it is acrylic lacquer then no it won't sorry
Depends what the paint is. If it's watercolour then no problem. Acrylic or enamel you'd be wasting your time.
