What is the best way to remove plastic tile in a bathroom and then paint?

A heat gun might help remove it. Once removed, you ARE going to have a very rough surface. It will take a fair amount of work to clean off all the old glue. You will then have to repair the damage that you did. There isn't a way to remove it without some damage.What is the best way to remove plastic tile in a bathroom and then paint?
To get the adhesive off you need a product called AFTA, it is a heavy duty adhesive remover!!! should do the job!!
