Make sure you use the right color(Black is hard to match) and use flexibale paint made just for plastic!Any one know how paint the plastic components on a SUV.?
aside from cleaning the pieces you will probably need a primer designed to allow plastic to allow auto paint to adhere to it. Check your local auto store. Some auto paints have chemicals in them that could affect the plastic negatively.

as far as matching it to your factory paint, try paintworldinc.com

good luck
I've been a painter for 40 years. My advice to you is unless the pieces you want to paint are already painted from the factory and you are simply changing the color, don't do it.You should be around to see first hand some of the things that happen when plastics are painted.Even with the best and most expensive supplies, adhesion and silicone contamination are serious drawbacks that cause the paint to look bad or just fall off when pressure washed.

If the parts are factory painted, not color impregnated, then simply clean, watersand and paint normally.

good luck,hope it goes well.
Try the link below that has specific paint colors for GM vehicles including dark grey, light grey, and tan.

I'd suggest taking it to a body shop and having it done professionally.
