Krylon makes a lot of paints - some especially for outdoor furniture and things. They have one for plastics called Krylon Fusion.
krylon makes a product just for plastics, called 2x fusion. It is available at Home Depot stores in the paint dept.
Any hardware store can sell you paints for plastic. Krylon is one brand name
