How do you paint plastic to look like marble?

There is a special kind of paint you can use on plastic. It's in the spray paint dept at HD and Lowes.

Spray plastic surface a nice stone looking base coat (grey or tan). Choose darker complimentary colors as well, spray them into plastic bowls and hand apply with pencil, slim brush or feather technique. I done two of them, and like the results with a feather better. Too hard to explain in a short email - try looking through a faux finish book and practice on cardboard or paper plate first. You'll need a dry brush and sponge as well, all to ';soften'; the look and make it look more real.

Sand the chair, then use a marble looking spray paint. Or free hand it. For example: Paint it grey, the add realistic black marble streaks. But always sand plastic before you paint it.How do you paint plastic to look like marble?
I faux finish you can use plastic to faux but you cannot do marble over plastic sorry if you put a question in here on faux i will give you step my step details. I also marble i do over a hundred patterns and i like to share them with people.
they have a plastic spray paint at your local hard ware and renovation store..check with them...
paint just really doesn't like to stick to plastic
paint it one color then cover a feather in a different color and kinda swirl it across in streaks like marble
i dnt think you can. can you?
