How do you remove paint from plastic??

Its spray paint also, i dont know if its latex or what... but i need to get it off ASAP!How do you remove paint from plastic??
Acetone or nail polisher remover (same thing) is your best bet. Use a spray bottle %26amp; spray some acetone on it, let it sit for a little bit then use a rag %26amp; wipe it off. Hope this helps ya.How do you remove paint from plastic??
I found what works best is the NON-ACETONE nail polish remover. It is made to not disolve the plastic and still remove paint. It really does work really well.
Most spray paint is not latex.

The type of plastic is critical, so be careful if you use any chemical paint removers, or acetone - if it's on the wrong type of plastic, you could end up dissolving the plastic too.

I'd first try something relatively gentle, like isopropyl alcohol, or WD-40. Check with the folks at a local paint store, and if you use any of their recommendations, check it first on a hidden area of the plastic, or on a VERY small spot if there are no hidden areas.

As always, when working with solvents and flammables, keep away from fire and ensure adequate ventilation.
Use some white spirit.
Try acetone or nail polish remover.
Terpentine
