How to paint plastic car parts?

I have a '96 grand prix whit a lot of plastic parts. So how would i paint them?





The clear coat has began peeling off so it looks bad. I'm going to paint them white. Car is currently red.How to paint plastic car parts?
First sand it with 500 to 600 grit sand paper. Make sure you see no gloss afterward, if you do sand more and get all the gloss out. Then take red scotch brite and scuff all the parts. Finally clean it with Wax and Grease remover and remove any debris, fingerprint or whatever with tack cloth and paint it. Since its plastic your painting use flex additive in your paint. Spray it!
