The Eastwood company makes spray dye for plastic interior parts, it works great. How do you paint the plastic interior in your car?
i used to buy a product at napa and checker auto, it is an actual vinyl paint. It used to work fairly well, but would fade and flake if i didnt prep it well. As with all spray paints-- prepping is the key to make it look decent. If you are looking for a permantent solution, then talk to a body shop. But if you don't mind touching it up once every few months, then you can do it yourself with a reasonable amount of success.

Also, remove the pieces from the car before you paint them- it may sound dumb, but i have seen people overspray their interiors!!
If you go to an automotive paint supply store(i know NAPA has them as well as 3m) they will have everything you need to do it correctly. It basically is three steps,1st washing everything you want to paint with warm water with mild detergent 2nd wiping down everything with this prep solution you get from the paint place 3rd being patient and painting. If you do it like the label says it comes out great.Past experience has shown me that its all in the prep work.
Many paint supply stores carry a line of vinyl and plastic paints in a spray can. The name brand is SEM. I don't think it comes in brilliant gloss red though.Another paint source is Fusion, from many hardware stores.Be sure to totally clean the parts to remove any trace of Armor All from the past.It will cause all sorts of trouble with adhesion and bubbling. Scrubbing with glass cleaner will help.
nothing will work well or look good. The interior has molded in color, it is not painted.

The ink from Sharpie pens is effective at coloring the material, but it does not apply evenly. Other paints will flake off.
go to your auto shop they make Special spray on paint just for that
